Information you provide
Depending on the form or service you use, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, homebuying timeframe, questions, messages, and appointment date, time and scheduling details. Our mortgage inquiry form also requests employer and job title, estimated gross monthly income, approximate credit score, available down-payment funds and comments.
The Homebuyer Readiness checklist inquiry form does not request income, credit score, employment details or financial documents. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, identification documents or financial records in website messages. Ask Luke for the approved secure mortgage application channel if documents are needed.

How we use information
Luke uses your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your homebuying plans and requested mortgage services, arrange and manage appointments, and maintain records of those interactions. Reading the checklist or submitting its inquiry form does not enroll you in a recurring marketing campaign. An introductory checklist or appointment request is not itself a preapproval or commitment to lend.

Who receives information
Luke Ruggiero is the sole business recipient and handler of website inquiries and appointment requests. We do not sell lead information or share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Hostinger supplies hosting, website forms and appointment tools; email providers process notifications and correspondence. These technology providers may process or store information to deliver those services. Their role is separate from receiving your inquiry as a mortgage professional.
If you later pursue a mortgage application, information may need to be provided through a separate application process. Any required financial privacy disclosures apply to that process. This website notice does not describe or authorize every disclosure that may occur during loan origination.

Technical information, cookies and tracking
Hostinger and other providers involved in delivering website or email services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request logs and cookies, to provide and protect their services.
We are not aware of intentionally configured advertising or cross-site tracking on this website, or of third parties collecting website information for their own advertising. However, we have not completed an audit of all cookies, embedded services or provider processing. We therefore cannot represent that the website is cookie-free or that no third party collects technical information.
We have not verified how the website or its providers respond to browser Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control signals. We do not currently promise that those signals change the website’s behavior. This statement does not limit any privacy rights or obligations that apply under law.

Please describe your request and provide enough information to identify the relevant inquiry. Do not send sensitive identification documents with your initial request. We may need to verify your identity before providing information or making changes. We will explain any additional information needed and handle requests under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. These contact options are available even where a particular statutory privacy right does not apply. This notice does not represent that every record is subject to the same access or deletion rules.

Record retention
Our standard record-retention period is three years. This applies to records Luke maintains for inquiries, appointments and related correspondence. Records subject to a longer legal retention requirement or a legal hold will be retained as required.
The three-year period describes our business retention practice; it is not a promise that every provider log or backup is automatically deleted on the same date. Provider-held technical records and backups may follow separate retention processes.

Security
Luke handles the business’s inquiry records, and the website is served over HTTPS. Hostinger and the email and appointment services provide the underlying systems used to process information. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the designated secure mortgage application channel for sensitive documents rather than website inquiry fields or social-media messages.

Other websites and social media
Links may take you to websites or services with their own privacy practices. If you interact with us through Facebook or Instagram, those platforms also process information under their own policies. Their practices are separate from this website notice.

Changes to this notice
We will post an updated notice on this page when our described practices change and identify the revision date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
